AJHL Vice-President Ryan Bartoshyk presented the 2012 Playoff MVP Award to Brooks Bandits goaltender Jan Obernesser. Obernesser recorded a shutout in the championship victory in Game Six. He posted a 12-2 record, a league leading 2.16 GAA, and 2 shutouts in the 2012 AJHL Playoffs.

The Traveland RV Storm defeated the Delisle Chiefs 5-2 and won the Prairie Junior Hockey League’s best-of-seven championship series in five games. GDI has just revised and released it`s 3 Day Mini Camp to August 21-23, 2012 at Lake Bonavista Arena. The Camp will have specific on and off ice focus.
