All lessons consist of 1 HOUR of on-ice training, which includes 15 minutes of work in an automated training crease and 45 minutes of focused instruction on the rink.

GDI Curriculum Programs
Curriculum-based training, through our 24-week programs, ensures that each goaltender follows a structured and guided path. GDI's Curriculum is available in INTRO1, ADV2, HP3, and P4 Progressions. GDI Staff will place the goaltender in the appropriate progression based on age and skill level, from there the GDI instructors follow the curriculum to eliminate repetitive training of the same skills.

Team Training Packages
Goaltenders from the same team or two friends can share a lesson at GDI. Both goaltenders will be on the ice at the same time with an instructor and will benefit from watching as well as participating in the drills. All lessons are 1 HOUR in duration.

Game Evaluations
GDI Staff with either attend your game or view submitted video and provide a review session to discuss game performance.

GDI Attended Practices
A GDI Instructor will attend your team practice to evaluate and consult with the goaltender in a dynamic team environment. Includes a Practice Report that is emailed within 5 days of the attended practice. Subject to instructor availability.
